Hi all. Sorry if this is the wrong forum. My faction controls a system that has 1.5 million people but ZERO starports, ZERO outposts, ZERO settlements. This is a shame and I'm wondering if FDEV has a process for requesting starports and/or settlements to be built?

So, where do they live?
System population figures do include those living on ELWs and such, which is why agricultural systems tend to have populations in the billions. However, I'm not aware of there being populated systems with no dockable assets at all, so I'm also somewhat curious to know what system OP is talking about here.
They didn't include surface ports in their list, so maybe that's all they've got?
That's possible I suppose, how many systems with only surface ports though?
Are there any sites that let you search with those parameters? I don't think EDDB, EDSM, Inara, etc. do.
even spansh does not methinks. but with a nightly datadump of all populated systems you could do so.

How does your faction control the system if there's no dockable ports?
If you check the list, Planetary Ports are missing.
According to the navigation panel those are included under "Settlements". OP can clarify if they think different.
That's an issue with the nav panel (hopefully it will get resolved, but not having too much hope at the moment)
But the game is differentiating Planetary Ports from Settlements
And commonplace out in Colonia, not that this is the situation here. With Horizons being rolled in nowadays, less of a problem than it used to be.
