Restrict access to my station or outpost

I'd be okay with this if it came with a minimum distance from the bubble of 10kLy, and maybe 3kLy from other populated systems as well. When it'd be impossible to blockade a region of space using this in any practical way, it doesn't seem terrible.

Edit - And this would give some weight to that other post about preserving tourism spots, some distance from all of those too, all nebula. You can lock down your system as much as you like, where no one else would ever want to go to.

Nope, can't say I've seen a "no trespassing" sign before. See, most of Europe has "Freedom to roam" laws. Even on private land. The "No Trespassing" thing seems to be an American issue.

Anyway, what a weird mind set. Are you OK?
Not even public land is really public here, which is actually probably a good thing though, considering the public. 😔
They're all busy making woodland bases and patrolling them waiting for the zombie apocalypse or similar.

Try walking through a random house uninvited....

'Free to roam' where it does apply, applies to public land and public rights of way. The private property through which those rights pass, does not extend over those rights and nor do the rights extend over the private property.

True, took me a minute myself. FDev did a nice job conflating that in their marketing of it. "Start building your empire". I don't know many subdivision builders that refer to Sunnyside Creeks Townhomes as their 'empire'.
Yeah.... marketing gonna market.

This was always on the books to be the player-driven implementation of BGS colonisation, because having the BGS drive it in a sane way would've been pretty damn hard (emphasis on the sane way part... there are definitely ways, none of them good).

These are not 'your' stations though, are they. You are only the system architect, the system designer. Never have Frontier said these are player owned assets. I also can't understand why anyone would want to restrict access.
I have a Coriolis providing Steel, Titanium, Aluminium, amongst other commodities near the edge of the bubble, and over the past 3-4 weeks or so there have been half a dozen or so carriers I presume loading up with materials. I love the fact that I'm helping other CMDR's out with the building of their systems.
I have also topped up the Tritium tanks on 3 of the carriers so far. Feels great. 😀
Out of curiosity, do you get any kickbacks for other people buying commodities from the station? Or just the normal weekly payment?
