Rollercoaster station depature sequence

My last suggestion for today. Many coasters now have launch or departure sequences for the ride when it leaves the station. Such as a sequence of lights, sound or both..

It would be nice to let us do this for all rides, so we can trigger on a trigger point like now or use the ride starting as a trigger point.

Given the customisation of flat rides, it would be great if we can incorporate the new sequencer into ride stations so that we can design a departure sequence that triggers when the train or ride leaves the station.

The Smiler at Alton Towers is probably a good example as it uses audio, smoke and sound. Many coasters have this these days so it would be great if we can specifically use the sequencer for this.

This is a fantastic suggestion as dispatch sequences do A LOT for a ride! Another great example is Black Mamba at Phantasialand 😅

I’ve done dispatch events a lot in PC1 but usually those had to be triggered by the train in front, the trigger point being at the exact position the train is at when the train behind leaves the station.
 
Yeah. You could even incorporate this into flat rides too. So FX such as water and flames could trigger at certain points into the ride sequence if say a flat ride.

The more I think about it the greater the possibility this gives. It's all in place too, so I would assume it would he relatively easy for the devs to implement, as you are essentially just using the ride start as a trigger point rather than a specific point on the track.

Kinda on-topic (sorry), in PC1 I sometimes like making entertaining areas and effects sequences for coasters going thru or maybe waiting on block breaks . . . but the way Excitement is calculated the guests don't care about them. I don't wanna be dinged for the essentially boring nature of block breaks (and I'm glad the devs adjusted for that in PC1), but I'd appreciate some kudos from the game for putting this kind of effort in.
 
I've done a departure sequence for one of my darkrides in planco 1. Unfortunately it only triggers when the ride hits the first track trigger,not when the ride starts moving. I would love if there was a track trigger for when a ride starts movement in the station.
