I do absolutely agree that better Energy Management would be great instead of needing to place Solar Panels and Wind-Turbines every few Meters. Staff-Vehicles would also be useful. I do also really want real Seasons. I think it was mentioned once by Frontier that they won't include real Seasons for some Reason but I think they maybe could make it optional, so you can turn them on and off like the slower Animal Aging
Given how short a year is in game I think seasons are not really practical. Plus it can snow but unless you are on the Tundra map it melts as soon as it stops falling. There are also issues with deciduous trees which keep their leaves.
I'm working on the idea of a realtime zoo in sandbox with seasons and actual weather as it is in real life but I don't think it can work in regular game play.
