yup. Takes a bit of doing solo at some sites.
The mission timer starts the moment you accept the mission and is intended to be done immediately. The timer indicates how long you have to get to the Settlement specified in the mission briefing; once you're there, the timer stops and the Protect mission proceeds. If you're grabbing a stack of missions, grab the Protect Missions last so you don't lose valuable time and only grab one at a time - you probably won't be able to complete one before the timer for the others expire.
The time you have to get there is based on the distance to the destination; based on my own experiences, the minimum time is around 10 minutes for ~1-3 LS away from the station that gave the mission.

Since you love the vids can you do one so I can see how hard they are? Yeah I know I could just try one but I am lazy.
Why stop at one when I can do four in one video!

That doesn't look to unmanageable. Will have to give those a try sometime, they do have some good rewards.
