How to post the correct format is explained in very large bold text in the OP of this thread.
The existence of this thread entirely relies on the curators of the list (in this case me) being able to quickly cut and paste the correctly formatted entries directly into the list. Every second I waste correcting errors in submissions like yours just makes me less likely to want to continue maintaining the list.
Thankfully pretty much everybody else posts in the correct format or close enough so that only a couple of things need changing (which I don't mind at all). But if there is not a line drawn somewhere I'll just end up manually typing everybody's entry from random bit's of information stuffed into the grand story of their voyage.
