After a 3 months journey I finally arrived at Sagittarius A*. Originally I just wanted to visit "that nebula over there" but got a little bit distracted
I just stumbled over this thread, so here I am

Finally made it to Sagittarius A* after 6 weeks of bimbling around the galaxy. (Wife didn't make it any faster)
I took a route running along the underside of the galaxy and out to the west. Everything was undiscovered.

At Sag A* I met the excellent CMDR Metta and we took screenshots! He was the first person I'd seen during that whole time.
I had no gifts to bring him (no cargo space), sadly. His hull is a little damaged and he could do with some repairs, (hint: we need an outpost!)

Now for the road back through the Neutron fields and on home to the bubble.

Finally made it there. What an awesome sight when you get the debug camera and just look around. Especially looking back at Sol. It's taken me just under a week to get here, but I think the return journey will be much longer as I'm back at work in 2 days time. Definitely worth the trip though.

Just got back. Took me 3 months. Earned 50 Mcr.

Slammed into the Great Annihilator no worries, it buffed out fine.

Got back just 33 Days in All, Docking back was a twitchy moment I must admit! Now to sell.

MADE IT !!!!!!!!!

Well I did it. It only took me two months to get here. I only get to play a couple hours a night at best. Plus I explored a ton of systems on my way in. Now I just have to get back!!! LOL.. This should be fun.



PS.. Note the triangle on the radar. Seems some anaconda is waiting there and deployed hardpoints as soon as he noticed me. His status was lawless so figuring he isn't there to welcome visitors to Sag A. So here's hoping that two months of work isn't going to waste once I get on today....
