Hey Hasbun, your pics don't appear in the post for me, I don't know if this is the case for other people. I just see a grey circular no entry sign. However, I doubt it will really matter since we haven't heard from Kancro about an update of the list for over half a year, I hope the new database is coming on well.

Made it on my second attempt

I finally made it on my second attempt, the first ended after a lapse of concentration when taking off from an overnight rest stop on a planet. Departed Jaques on 23rd September 2016, so a little over two months to get there - I travel slowly
After a day or so at Sagitarious A*, I headed "up" and am now 2,800LY above the galactic plain, where I'll be spending Christmas - its very lonely up here, looking down on the galaxy.
Christmas greetings to all the other explorers, who are out in the black.
