Saitek proflight

Searched for an answer to this but cant find a solution to my specific issue and thanks in advance for any help figuring this out.

As stated above i have the saitek proflight pedals
My issue is that i cannot get the Toe pedals to work for Roll in Analog mode, if i select the axis for roll and press a toe pedal (not the full rudder pedal movement) it detects it as a single pedal so i cannot get full left right roll to work in analog.

I have checked in the windows control configs and the readouts show everything working as it should, yet i cant get the analog functionality to work in Elite for the Toe's

Toepedals are acting as brakes in real aircraft. Roll is done by sideways movement of the stick or turning the yoke. But if you really want to roll by toepedals it can be done ( I tried it with my Saitek pro rudders); alah, we are in space right ??
go to flight rotation / roll axis / hit bar / push pedal. That should do it.
