Scenario Help!

Hello All,
I need some help/yips accomplishing the last hurdle in the 6th? scenario - the myers island zoo. I cannot seem to get my guest attendance anywhere near the 2200 it needs to be to complete the scenario. I've used the heatmaps to see where guests needs were at the worst (thirst) so i added 2 new beverage spots, but the attendance has not budged. Does anyone have any help on how they finished this scenario? Thanks in advance

I made sure all of my animals had a breeding mate because babies bring in more guests and were happy and used high impact marketing (2 of them) to bring in more people. I played on fast speed because it took forever for the marketing to work.
