Great shots guys.
Keep 'em coming :)

(Insomnia, is it Reshade or Gemfx? If Reshade - with or without MasterEffect? Astounding shot btw! Nice bloom. :) )

Couple more recent screenies.
One is what I call the great galactic exclamation, which I believe to be the north American neblua.
Galactic Exclamation.jpg

The other being the only planet orbiting the the third neutron star in a triple neutron system so i've no idea where the slight bit of reflected light is coming from since there are no light producing stars here...

My Asp partly silhouetted against a Wolf-Rayet star, 12 800 LY from Earth.

Also this one: Black hole dead ahead, cap'n! With nice gravitational lensing as the event horizon can be seen against the galactic core.

The same black hole from a different angle against one of the extragalactic gas clouds - distorted, but gives a calmer impression as opposed to the above image in which it appears the ship is about to have an unfriendly meeting with said singularity.

Me, the Moon, the Earth, the Sun, the Milky Way. On my birthday. :D

(One day I might wait patiently for a shot with no spaceships buzzing around, but too much to see! I got the permit two days ago but waited until today to visit Sol.)

Happy Birthday :)
And nice screenie, cant wait to visit sol, still nowhere close to starting to get the permit :s

Thank you. I'm grinning a bit. :)

Last week I started worked hard towards the ranking for this reason. It didn't take as long as I expected but I think I fell lucky with the Fed ranking mission spawns.

Had another go (remembering to drop out of Supercruise first, d'oh, thanks Undecided) and a really quick bit of post-editing faffery. The lens flare may be a tad cheesy though. ;)
