Back and added more ,off to finish killing pirates for a SJL task :p

Gut Rumble! You are a riot man! Great job on the spreadsheet! Listen, keep filling and don't mind the format! I am regularly checking it and revising for it! As long as you keep telling me which are FEDS, and no need to leave space to center the numbers!

Great job and it has invaluable information about our surroundings!! Helping greatly with strategy moving forward!

BGS Server Update:

Time to make sure that influence is high is Eleu! :D

OK GUYS!! THIS IS IT!! WE ARE BACK IN BUSINESS AND WE HAVE A LOT TO DO TO COORDINATE THE FLIPPING OF STATIONS AND SYSTEMS!!! WILL DELINEATE PLAN OF ACTION SOON!

Other news, I'm not likely to be around too much in The Twins for a few weeks. I'm planning to join in with the Buckyball Racing Club gathering at Sadge over the Thanksgiving weekend, and I've realised that I've got a realistic chance of affording a 250Mcr BuckiConda in time to race. To cover the costs of not selling The Nomad or the expensive hull of my Python, I'll need to make a couple of runs to Sothis and back first I think, as well as my usual racing and half-hearted efforts at CGs.

I'd promised myself that my next trip to Sag A* would continue onwards to join the 65K Club, and that remains my intention, but that does also mean that I'm going to have to scout / plan Round 1 of the BRC Galactic Rally Championship before I leave, as I cannot guarantee returning to the bubble before January!

So I've got a busy three weeks ahead of me!

Speaking of Plan of action, did everybody got to read my post on General Strategy and thoughts?

I've heard little feedback about it and I figured that maybe because it fell to the previous page. In any case dear RAIKO, wish you the best in your endeavors. And as I said in the post, you don't have to be in the systems to help.

In fact, was gonna ask you to please provide a contact or direct us to what is the best way to approach Mahon faction, and what cmdrs could help us find a hearing with Gateway Leadership. (is Anuranium a member of Mahon?)

I'm not gonna tax you with more stuff, so I guess you will be out for such visit, but just let the contact know we are eyeing the weekend of the 13th for said visit to their Capital.

Safe travels and might Eleu shine bright for you in your race and plans!

CDMR Alot (Esvandiary on these forums) is a good person to contact. He posts some Mahon related stuff on Reddit, and also provided the Mahon players with the TeamSpeak server that they use. So even if he's not actively involved he could certainly direct you towards the leadership. Maybe you'll be able to join their TS Server when you meet them, to chat in person.

I'll ask Esvandiary for you if you like.

I'm unsure of exactly how Anuranium & the rest of Dark-Echo stand with regard to Powerplay. They're listed on the Mahon Reddit as an Alliance group, and Mahon is the face of the Alliance in PP, so I assume that they're allies, but they could also be completely disinterested in PP.

Thanks! :D My run to Sadge and hopefully beyond will be for the Twins!

The 13th is two weeks before my departure (which may be delayed anyway if I don't finish my GalRally planning in time), so if I'm close enough I'll do my best to be there. The first round of the GalRally will remain within 5K of Sol, so I won't be far away until I set off for Sadge. I am a little unreliable for when I'll actually get online during weekends though - sometimes I'm on all day, sometimes it's gone midnight.

Question is: Do we want that or shall we boost SEPP up to 80% or so?

SEPP Major Mission: Taking Over MECHET System - Briefing

As of this morning, the BGS has been restored and is fully operational, as announced by FD in their latest patch included in today's update.

This means that our plans to flip systems and finally control those where we already expanded are now in full effect and take priority over all other activities.

As important as the Capital is, it still remains contested though to the actions that will be taken when the SEPP Minor Faction is finally released as a POMF during the 2nd Batch implementation. As previously reported, we'll be effectively set up as ruling faction and a 70% influence. What remains unclear is if we will be awarded all of the four stations and ports currently controlled by EEC or if we will be left with only Finney Dock, the Nation's Capital and ELEU's controlling station. With that in mind, here goes the general strategy and mission there:

NATIONAL GENERAL STRATEGY

- ELU: We keep EEC from expanding by maintaining a 50-60% influence in the system, until further notice. We'll wait until the faction implementation to determine what stations need to be taken as we are uncertain what will happen once we get awarded the system's control.

- SJL: Bring down SEPP influence below 90% by raising other factions'. Run missions that involve helping them out and bringing them legal commodities, not smuggling. For smuggling, take Narcotics and Imperial Slaves into Tavares City's Black Market. The key here is prevent SEPP to fall into BOOM state and also to avoid EXPANSION again, at least at this stage.

-ALW: Bring SEPP Influence up to 50-60%, until further notice, to prevent Alowis Purple Dynamic from Expansion.

This brings immediate attention to our recent expanded system, MCT, since is the largest of our current territories, after ELU. We must now further our advances and efforts there and take control of the system.

SOCIAL ELEU PROGRESSIVE PARTY

MISSION: OPERATION "TIDALLY LOCKED"

OBJECTIVE I: INFLUENCE DETERIORATION AND PROMOTING CIVIL UNREST
EST. DURATION:
5 days.
SYSTEM: MECHET.
TARGET CONTROLLING STATION: ROBSON PORT
ENEMY FACTION: Partnership Of Mechet (Independent - Confederacy)

POLITICAL MISSION: Increase SEPP Influence beyond 70%.
Modus Operandi: Run any SEPP issued missions from Robson Port and Crown Ring. Special emphasis in those requesting donations, medicines, data transport, hauling comodities, killing pirates in neighboring systems, and missions requesting smuggling stuff back to them.

ECONOMIC MISSION: Debilitate Markets in Robson Port via trade and/or smuggling.
Modus Operandi: Find out and provide to Robson Station with all the goods with the highest demand and highest prices. Make several runs, the highest demand with highest pay out comes first, then medium demand with high pay outs. This will debilitate their currency and their economy. Also run SEPP missions requesting goods needed and back to them.
Also, very important, get Narcotics, Imperial Slaves, Personal Weapons and Battle Weapons from Bradshaw Port (ELU) and sell into Robson Station's Black Market. This will help bring destabilization and civil unrest, while lowering security. You can also find Imperial Slaves in Elder Station (ELU) but you get more illegal -and dangerous- goods in Bradshaw. (Thanks to the Eleu Conservatives and their mafia!)

MILITARY MISSION - PHASE I: Debilitate Partnership Of Mechet power on the system.
Modus Operandi: Interdict and kill any security ships of the PoM in the system. Also, any trader and civilian with their flag. This will debilitate their control on the system, lower security levels, raises lockdown and bring civil unrest states. As you will become burden with lots of bounties, you can seek refuge in Crown Ring (MCT) which is an outpost and is not owned by the PoM. The faction there is already aligned with our revolution efforts.

EXPECTED RESULTS: CIVIL WAR state should appear in pending state for SEPP and PoM by Saturday, with CIVIL UNREST and LOCKDOWN as possible intermittent appearances in the pending section.
Ultimately, CIVIL WAR should be triggered after pending for three days for SEPP and sustained influence of 70%, at the end of this cycle, probably by Tuesday 10th.

You got your orders briefing commanders!! Please report here your activities and who is executing each one of these so we can coordinate effectively and cover them all!!

For ELEU, for SEPP, for Fredom!

May Eleu shine bright for you! 07

/CMDR Kancro Vantas out.

edit: wow COSLANY!!!! THIS IS GREAT NEWS!!! We won't change strategy now but good to know that Finally THE CAPITAL IS OURS!!!! - AND YES!! WE WILL KICK EEC REAR REAL SOON!!

I've just spent the last couple of hours running missions out of Robson Port in Mechet.

Good news about Finney. Was there a few hours ago, so it must have only very recently changed hands.

No, we don't want a a war with the COE! They are our friends and they do bring some spice to our system selling and buying the "illegal" goods...you know...those that we will use to debilitate our enemies markets?

Is beyond me, though, why oh why are we pending a war with them when we are at 40% and they are at 6%!

With that being said, yes, lets bring the influence above 70-80 but not to 90. We need to keep away from a conflict with the EEC for now so we can't linger in the 50's - 60;s.

Good news!

I'm back in SEPP space after a brief sojourn in Kaushpoos. I'll start by running missions out of Mechet. Whatever gives a high influence gain.

I Put a lot more systems on the spreadsheet, ( found out TAB moves you along one box , that made it quicker lol )
.
I'll read what to do next after some sleep , hope your all well .:)
.
Fly safe O7

In case I don't see you Cmdr's good morning, good afternoon, and good night! I was finally able to get of SOL and get some combat done, I'm doing pirate hunts from Mechet, completed 4 medium/high influence missions for 35 pirate kills , it pay's well too (over 1.5 mil), will try and get more tomorrow, SSS is a good place to bag 4-10 pirates at a time but very dangerous sometimes, I was overrun, 5+ ships firing non stop, it took 2-3 minutes to jump out (Conda be slow:( ) my cell banks saved me from getting killed. Not sure if I will be able to get more air time in the next 2 days but will try!

:) Fly Fast and Take Chances Cmdr's! :)

I've just spent several hours doing all the high(er) value trade missions out of Mechet for SEPP. Now that they've dried up, I've jumped into my iClipper and am busy dumping Palladium at Robson Port; 160 tons at a time. Crash their economy and fill my own coffers at the same time.
Anyway, it's nighty-night time for me.

Cndr Fizz reporting in for the night shift. I'll start at Eleu to help raise the % and then to Mechet to support SEPP and be a general trouble maker.

End of shift. ran missions from SJL, Mechet and Finney. I have a bounty in Eleu from EEC but can get into Finney Dock now that it is controlled by SEPP. In Mechet I smuggled Combat Stabilizers to Crown and ran some pirate kills in Naita. Also have a mission to find some illicit stuff there but I ran into so many interdictions while tracking them down, I simply ran out of time and needed to log off. I'll complete that one next time on. A busy session :). Good luck and fortune all.

I got medium pirate hunt missions plus some deliveries (8 total missions) form Mechet this should boost us up good, also dumped a high mission form SantJ this should bring us to around 70% 11PM EST.

We must win. We only just won it back! Kranco gets the final shout but until then drop everything and fight for SEPP in Eleu.
Sad because COE were not our enemies but we have worked hard to reunite the twins.
I will be there tomorrow. Wing if possible people. It can get nasty in there.

Anyone who wishes to wing feel free to add me. The name is Coslany. NOT Coslnay.

Breaking news.

We have Civil War in Eleu, SEPP vs CoE.

Now that it has broken out, do we want to win it ?

This is crazy.. we really don't want CoE out! We need them! But this leave us with no choice: is them or us!

Fine...let's go to war with them....geez...not really thrilled about it..

Very important: can you please survey the system and report where and how many combat zones have sprung?

This effectively suspends Operation Tidally Lock as we will not be able to bring a second civil war in MCT while ELU has one.

All units to respond to Capital and assist on the war please!!

edit: Ninja'ed by Coslany.

Thanks.

Well, I am looking forward to check the stats today -still at work. The patch solved the flipping issue but it is also intended to limit influences swings and some people are reporting that they have run 10-20 missions to see increases of only 0.2%

Lets cross fingers is not our case and that we can cause decent swings in the influence.

I was about to post news of the civil war but I see I've been beaten to it.

Right now I see one High Intensity CZ near Finney and a Low Intensity CZ near to each of Elder and Tem stations.

I assume the civil war is decided on system influence, in which case we shouldn't worry (currently 39% vs 6%) but I'm gonna go get a few combat bonds anyway.

A few new people who clearly want to fight for SEPP.
It's great to see you - welcome CMDRs!
Kranco - when you get a chance can you add to the members post. Will help us wing.

P.s. that means me too! See you in CZ tomorrow.

Good hunting CMDRS.

And so, once again, I have proven that I'm just not particularly good at this combat thing. Took my armed to the teeth and shielded Courier into the low intensity CZ, and died 3 times. Which I think is how many combat bonds I managed to hand in.

Does anybody know how long this Civil War state is likely to last ?
