Are you pledged to any Powers? If so, which one?
No
Current Ship(s):
Pyrhon, Asp Explorer, Federation Gunship (possibly an Adder or 2 somewhere I like Adders)
Interest in the game: (What are the activities/roles that appeals you the most?)
BGS at least for this character. PvE, occasional PvP
How did you learn about SEPP?
I met Cmdr Vantis during Lough times, it turned out we both went there because of the BGS.
Cannot remember if we were on the same side or not! Made friends list either way.
Technically I have already help defend SEPP - in early days when Cmdr Vantis was opposing people in EU timezone.
Why are you interested in joining SEPP?
Recently Myself and one other CMDR have been playing freedom fighter against Contrail in Anlave. No support from the Fed player groups.
My fears about Hudson are correct - not getting my vote in the future!
I really enjoyed the intensity of trying to take a 150+ player group on with just a resource of 2. The outcome should have been obvious but I am stubborn.
Are you associated with any other groups in the game?
I am on the Contrail KOS list if that counts.
You will start training with SEPP and knowing the group and the systems, immediately, for a week long period, after which you can decide if you still feel the SEPP is the group you want to call home. This is mostly a reference time than anything else, as once you are allied to a faction, there is really no means for us to remove you. But we are also aware that our play style, might not be the play style you are looking for. Please take this period to get to know us and understand our activities, to make a better choice!
Fair enough. I will do whatever is asked.
In the meantime, and if you are already in our space, this is what you can do:
-Run Missions Issued By SEPP in the following stations: Robson Port in MECHET, Song Outpost in ALOWIS, or any of the outposts in NAITA or HIP-84696 .
-Do not run missions requesting to kill an specific "character". More often than not, they are heavily guarded and it takes powerful ships/players to take them down, regardless the "required rank" showing "Harmless". Not true!
-Hostage Missions are currently broken, do not run them. You simply won't be able to complete them because once you get the hostage, the missions disappears from your transactions tab.
-If you don't see available missions right away, just wait some 10 mins and check back or, travel to one of the other stations listed above.
-Get familiar with the markets, stations and the commodities. Learn about the factions, and also the economy types.
-If you are in Powerplay, we encourage you to drop out of it. But if you still want to stay in it, and you are not pledged with Edmund Mahon, then you need to keep away from SANTJALAN and ELEU (The Twin Systems) or you will be "interdicted" by his enforcers. Even if you are pledged with Mahon, the SEPP spirit is to be independent of all powers, and all allegiances.
I pledge to serve. Looking forward to doing what I am told
-You can still work your ranks in the Empire and in the Federation. But for that you need to run missions issued by them. Running missions for other factions that are not SEPP, WHILE IN A SEPP SYSTEM, is counterproductive. We advise to run your rank progress mission from any of the neighboring systems where a Fed faction is present, and then back to SEPP Space.
Already Admiral 100% Allied Rep for Fed and Duke (no ships afterwards) for Empire - not fussed.
I hope my application is acceptable.
