Ok, finally got around to doing this, so here ya go...

No, not a pirate.
And believe it or not, there is a great deal of customization under that helmet.
It just so happens I rather like the helmet, especially the opaque helmet. It adds a certain air of mystery.
Let's consider some of the great helmet wearers of sci-fi's history...
Boba Fett - Few names strike fear into the hearts of so many. But take the helmet off...
It's just not the same.
Darth Vader - Again, a fearsome figure, hid behind a most imposing helm. But take it off...
Mr. Albino Potato Head just isn't particularly intimidating any more.
Tali'Zorah: The enigmatic Quarian of Mass Effect. Unmasked however...
Ok.. so maybe not so bad without the helmet...
But my point is, when you don't see it, you wonder, and when you wonder... well, where would any of us be without a sense of wonder?

Quite pleased with how my CMDR turned out, even if I did spend longer in the Holo-Me suite than I probably should have. Didn't have the hairstyle I wanted, but I'll make do.
Also gosh, that Type-9 cockpit is enormous.
