Have people seen the new alleged Tasmanian Tiger footage from ambigious worlds channel, looks very interesting
Idk certainly looks like a thylacine an first glance but also to me it looks more like a mangey fox that has an injured hindleg.

Yeah, when you look at the video from 3 weeks ago you can see at 3:00 that it holds up its left hindleg and just hops one the right

Its really difficult to tell, definitely looks like a Thylacine when I look at it, the ears and tail look very right to me although it is difficult to tell whether or not it has the injured leg

Incredible news today guys 😁

I pounced on my husband when he got home (Weds is his board games night) and told him I had really, really big news and he'd better sit down 😅 He was not impressed with the reveal... 🤣😂
I then asked him if he was ready for another year of speculating and predicting what the DLC will be and when it's coming...

I heard his skeleton sigh it was that deep.

Spring 2025? Absolute cinema?

All the problems with PC2 has made me even more appreciate all the good things we have in PZ. And it just made me want to play PZ more. I was on the fence about buying PC2, but all the mixed reviews and especially all the troubles with the UI has completely turned me off the game. I've noticed another thing (it could be just me), but for some reason the palms in PC2 look kind of plastic to me. Otherwise, the game looks amazing.

Anyone from the PZ community playing the game?

I watched some videos about PC2 on YouTube just to see the improvements in action. Especially the pathing system, lighting, and scaling. But as I have no interest in roller coasters, theme parks, or water parks whatsoever it's just not a game for me. The graphics look pretty okay, the focus is on the artificial objects and costumes rather than foliage and landscape. I guess it's because of a different theme. So, the palms looking more generic or even having a plastic feel is not a surprise.

I hope if we ever get PZ2 it will be more focused on natural elements such as foliage and rocks, same as PZ1 is. And that we keep the realistic style of animals, plants, and landscapes. Going for a more generic cartoony or themed look would be a step back IMO.

I honestly feel terrible about the state of PC2, I don’t know why Frontier would release it at the state it is. Now I’m admittedly worried they may rush PZ2.

Not really bad, but it may have been rushed. A lot of QOL features didn’t seem to make it into PC2, like adding in custom signs. Likewise they seemed to try and make the game for both console and PC and the UI suffered for it.
There aren't custom signs in PC2? Seriously? How could they leave those out?

I have been sick for days now, but not from an illness, but from a horrific video I stumbled upon while searching for Racoon Dog enclosure inspiration. It was from a fur farm in china and it left me horrified for days. I will spare you the details, but I cannot sleep very well since, it is all I think about. This was the worst case of animal cruelty I have ever seen and I have seen alot.

Did that ever happened to you? How did you overcome it? Just the thought that it is happening in China to this day leaves me with very dark thoughts. And yes, fur farms still exist everywhere, but in some places, like China it is just so much worse, because there are no animal welfare laws.

I got to be honest being in VetMed desensitized me a bunch. I remember before I got into Vet School seeing a dog with such a bad yeast infection it looked like it had mange. It was loosing fur and left debri wherever it sat. Or at least I remember it being a yeast infection, could have been any other skin dz.

Either way for every case of animal cruelty you will find someone who will love their animals to death. It just takes time.

Yeah, I support bunch of organizations helping shelter pets, so I have seen all kinds of abuse, but this...this was something so different and vile I was in total shock and could not turn the video off. The Raccon dog was being skinned alive, but that is not the worst part.it did not die of that. After that hideous act, it was still being alive, tossed to other carcasses, and it looked into its own skinned body.

I cannot get that image out of my head these few days, no matter how hard I try. I cannot even play PZ, because every animal remind me of it. My own dog reminds me of it. I feel weirdly disconnected from PZ and everything regarding animals atm.
