Signal 10

I have a headscratcher here. What is signal 10
Came into the system, did a honk. Then opened FSS to be greeted with the message of 10 signals and 2/9 bodies. After scanning I had 9/9 bodies but no signal marker left.
There are no Asteroid fields
All bodies are accounted for
I have surface scanned all bodies to make sure there was not some hidden installation on one of them.
There are no POI in the system
Signal 10 was still present after logging out of the game, and after reboot logging back in elliminating a ghost signal left when I jumped in and "something" jumped out.
I have even made the 400+K Ls trip to the second star to make sure nothing was hidden there.
This is the first time I have a signal but no signal marker in FSS
And no, I don't care that you see system name, you are welcome to come fly out 23k Ly to "steal it"

Its Raxxla!
1: Wrong part of the Galaxy (this is way way out of the Bubble)
2: Approaching and scanning all bodies and flying out to the second star should have had me find it
3: It was basically the first answer I got on FB as well, but there they also did not come up with more than "You" or "the Main star" which are of course ridiculous answers. Raxxla would actually be the only possible option, alas it most likely isn't in this case.

Can't think of any obvious explanation either. In terms of less plausible ones...

(Invisible) Comet?

Fleet Carrier which hasn't arrived yet / cancelled jump / left but not fully cleaned up?

Degraded Signal Source which timed out between the honk and you starting to scan.

As you've posted in Odyssey section... have you tried logging into Horizons to check how does it look there?

First Horizons: Great suggestion, will do when I log back in.
(Invisible) Comet: Don't know if that is even a thing, I certainly never heard of it and I have been playing for a while now
Fleet Carrier: A possible countdown going on perhaps? I doubt a canceled jump would do this. I will know when I log back in I guess
Timed out source: Unlikely, it wouldn't have showed up when I logged back in 30 minutes after I first noticed this and went posting on FB and here.

Invisible comets have been in the game for a while - in the bubble, a few of them have stations orbiting them, which is how they've been found at all - but it's possible that a U13 bug is causing them to appear on the FSS counter.

Are there any Gas Giants (or other bodies) with rings in the system. Possibly worth scanning the rings if there are.
Rings have been scanned, besides some resource hotspots nothing of interest.
Pareco has 4 starports orbiting one. But they are rare. Well, probably - as they are hard to spot :)
So, is there a methode of detecting them? Or is that just plain "luck of the draw"??

Aren't "signals detected" just the number of unknown signal sources?

Then again you screenshot isn't showing any of those either so I don't know what's going on.

EDIT: After double checking this morning I see I was wrong about that. "Signals detected" include everything in the system, not just the unknown signal sources.

Checked your nav panel, is there anything strange there?

And now suddenly way over here I have the exact same issue, I wonder if this could be something to do with the new anomoly? Maybe we are all detecting it? I have never seen this issue previously, they all normally add up;

Fair distance, I am in the Perseus Crags myself, a good 23k+Ly from Sol.
I haven't left yhe system yet but if this becomes a galaxy wide phenomenon it might be the start of something new in the story?

Getting the same here in an uninhabited system near Colonia - 10 bodies, 11 signals, nothing that plausibly explains the difference.
