Simple Guide for Unlocking all of the Guardian Tech

when you board your ship the cargo gets transfered from the srv to the ship..... when you launch your srv again the cargo remains in your ship, unless you manually transfer it.

1st thing I did was go and get a relic before starting the mission and then poof it disappeared somewhere, not in my ship either, as said previously harvesting mats the same was happening with them not registering all the time.

I have literally just gone through the middle steps of this- obtain key- get data fragment and touch giant glowing . it has taken me 3 hours.... i still have to do all the oblisk scanning and collection of other bull materials.

I want to find the person responsible for SRV mechanics (physics driving control scheme et) and the unholy guardian grind... and then i want to hurt them.

Pfffff....after many hours I've gotten my guardian blueprint fragment....

Do I need only one of these to unlock all guardian modules? Or do I need one for each tech I want?

I'm only interested in the FSD booster and the shield reinforcement.... (is there another guardian tech as a 'must have'?)

Edit: I've found the answer(s) already ...one for each module tech I want....

sorry for the late reply, yes as you now know 1 blueprint for each bit of tech you require.
there's a table at the top of the post showing what you need in terms of data, and scrap picked up from the destroyed sentinals and from scanning obelisks, you will need to do further research for the guardian fighters should you want those too.

Just in case I’m not the only one annoyed and mildly creeped out by the sentinels another tip is to find a detailed map (they exist) and go aggro them deliberately when you first arrive. This minimises the number you have to deal with when the pillars are charged and you can do the rest of the collecting in peace without being on edge that one will randomly spawn on you.

Hi Dizzy B High -- I just wanted to verify that SYNUEFE NL-N C23-4 Planet B3 still has a site where I can get the Guardian blueprints and other stuff. It's a long way to go from Sol!!!

Also, do you have Lat/Long coords for the site? And if not, how do I find it when I get there?

Thanks for the excellent guide you created!

I'm just on my way to check this site out as another Cmdr is having some issues.

Use a detailed surface scanner.

There now, it's working fine.

Your correct Typo on my part corrected it to read EU-Q C21-10

Thanks for the proof read :) Repped

To be fair if you just want the FSD you only have to complete the puzzle once, may have to do it twice to get the guardian sentinels to spawn for the materials

That’s a great idea for people who just wanna a go into the dark driving an AspX

TBH, I wouldn't recommend just snagging one Guardian blueprint fragment.

To get all the mat's/data you need to unlock one item, you're probably going to need to explode a lot of Sentinels, shoot a lot of panels and scan a lot of obelisks.
That being the case, you're probably going to end-up collecting a lot of Guardian junk and you'll probably end-up with most of the stuff you need to unlock 2, 3 or 4 items - so you might as well grab a handful of blueprint fragments as well.

I'd suggest thinking of it a bit like a kickstarter project; you have your basic objective and "stretch goals".

You might want the FSD Booster but then take a look at what other Guardian stuff you like the look of.
Personally, I'd recommend the Shield Boosters, the PPs and the PDists.
Make a list of all the mat's needed to unlock all those things, head out there and get what you need to unlock the FSD Booster then see how far toward unlocking the other stuff that gets you.
If it gets you most of the way, you might decide to keep farming mat's/data until you've got it all.
Alternatively, if it looks like it's still going to take ages to collect everything, you might decide to quit once you've got enough stuff for, say, the FSD Booster and the Shield Boosters.

I just wanted to thank Dizzy and friends for these posts -- because of these (and a video or two from others) I was able to unlock the FSD booster. Thanks one and all!
