It would be pretty awesome to set aside an area in the park to build ramps and add décor for Skateboarders and charge the customers to enter the area and also rent skateboards. I'm sure we would have to have a Medical building close by LOL

or

The ability to build bicycle paths and rent bicycles to the customers.

How frequently do you see either of those things at a theme park?

unless they do something similar to the dune buggy cheat in RCT3 I really see no reason to add this kind of feature. would be fun though.

I was thinking more along the same line as the miniature golf in RC3. Instead of building golf holes it could be skate board ramps. It was just a thought. To be honest I've never seen miniature golf at an amusement part either :)

I understand what you are trying to say, but it's not the same.

There is no minigolf inside amusement parks because IT'S an amusement park by itself, a stand alone one (like a waterslide park, or an animals park)

like "Hollywood Drive-In Golf" at Universal Orlando for exemple

... When a skatepark is ... just a free public equipment in every cities (at least in my country, I don't know about your)

A minigolf has its place in a theme park simulation game, a skatepark, i'm not really sure about this one.
