Slow down the game speed

I like the game overall, but please slow down game time. things go by way to fast if you have multiple projects in the works.
ok it works decent if you always pause if you gonna build something, but i personaly prefer a bit slower pace.
it feels like the animals grow up in 2 seconds now.

pleae fix this. this would improve game experience so much!
