I haven't played for quite some time. Had been doing some PowerPlay work when I stopped. When I came back today I had kind of forgotten what I need to do, so patiently read very carefully what was needed to fortify the system I was in:
Bring intelligence FROM fortifying systems TO the [mis-spelt] Counter-Intelligence HQ in the home system of the power. I read this but it seemed wrong in my head to what I had been doing before my absence. Worse, the game was not allowing me to collect any intelligence, even as it said I should. So I went over to the home system of the power:
As you can see, the instructions from HQ are accurate and helpful. You disseminate the records out FROM the home system TO the system needing fortification.
The text in control systems need to be fixed. Possibly applies only to Yuri Grom.
