Smallest FSD jump?

Looking for mining sites in unoccupied systems and found two that are 0.97ly apart. Or just over half a days supercruise at full speed. Systems are HIP
98159 and HIP98170. Got me wondering what the smallest FSD hop is?

I found one that was 700,000ls. Someone else found one that was so close that one of the systems was inside the star of the other one. So jumping one way worked, not the other way. Dont know if it was patched. For a 1 in 400000000000 chance, I think they should just leave it.

Hyperdicted?
Duplicate system, a quirk in the stellar forge. Two main stars in a system, but another star also is a system of its own. Another system is different with its own planets and astronomical bodies, it's like another dimension. Ghost space. I think Fdev manually fixes these. It's been a topic in exploration subsection of forums every now and then.

Of course one could supercruise to where neighbouring starsystem should be (/and see nothing), but it still counts as a full jump.

Visit the core. You will be surprised of the star density.

Another area where systems are tightly packed is Running Man near Orion Nebula (and Horsehead beyond). Go there in the GalMap and watch the lilly pads appear like in a calm country pond. Its also much closer than the core.
