Buildings & Attractions Snap to Grid vs Snap to Neighbor

So the existing snap to grid function is ok, at best. If you use it from the beginning on a park and don't have too many terrain conflicts it can do the job. Sometimes I'd really rather have it snap to the neighboring structure however, instead of trying to fiddle with placement going back and forth (it would really help if we could set the desired angle of modification to x° per click instead of press and hold and hope and overshoot and try again).

Optimally I would cover this under numerous settings. Toggle on/off snap to neighbor, toggle on/off snap to grid, Click to turn x°, press and hold to turn. Always increase options rather than changing or removing existing methods. Don't want to take away what works for others just because it doesn't work best for me.
