Other than the AMD/Super-Cruise bug. I suffer some pretty horrifically low frame rates in Super-Cruise at times.

On a whim I tried updating my main rig (with an AMD R295x2 GPU) from 7 to 10 this morning.

I'll wait then...

I also get loads of video freezes in ED (only). eg: Once an hour or less while in the SRV on a planet's surface. I had one this morning, rebooted, started playing and had one again in just a few minutes!

So I'm half tempted to upgrade to an NVidia in the hope of something more reliable.

Upgraded via the download to Win 10 a few months ago. Have a Radeon R9 200 series and an i5 4590. Not had any problems with Elite that I noticed.

10 is ok. There's a few programs which remove the spyware crap and all the other junk. Once you do that it's nice and it runs a bit better

I have a dual boot setup with Win 10 and Win 8.1 to avoid the AMD supercruise issue. However, ignoring the supercruise issue, the game runs fine on Win 10.

According to AMD they have solved the issue, so we are just waiting for them to push out a driver that contains the fix, allegedly.

I'll wait a month or two then (in the hope the driver update solves it)...

Hopefully it will cure my freezing problem too!

If memory serves, M$ is offering the free upgrade until July 2016. Unless you have a specific non-Elite reason to upgrade, I would sit on your current OS until late spring. I am sure that the whole supercruise bug will be sorted before then.

That is the way I am going......
