Does it have the maneuverability to extract cores from an asteroid? So far, I've only done it on the Clipper.

The only thing i like from T10 is the industrial look.
Yeap, that ship has the looks.
And the ability to store a lot of modules - hence me owning 4-5 T10s as module storage ships.
Other than that, for mining i pretty much prefer to use an Anaconda - better hardpoints, better convergence, better shields, forward cargo hatch for shorter limpet return path, basically better everything but the looks.
I haven't tried. Mine is a laser miner and additionally has an abrasion blaster and a subsurface launcher.
I've dropped my Conda Miner the second I got the T10. Three medium mining lasers work better for me than two medium and two small mining lasers/mining lances, and my T10 has way stronger shields than it needs. Convergence on the small and medium hardpoints is good enough, the defense hardpoints are gimbals.

My comments on your build, I don't claim to be right.
1. Why do you need a 7A multicontroller ?
2. 2A purifier is sufficient.

2. Purifier ? You mean the refinery ? I don't sort out what I mine, I gobble up everything, so I need the 10 bins. And a size 4 slot is no big loss.

It's a good AX ship for group space combat. I have one equipped with AX MC and man do they rip thorough a Thargoid's heart once exposed!

What do you mean ? The limpet quality ? It's true that the smaller multi limpet controller come only as class C, but the universal one also has a class A variant, that's the one I'm using.
I loved the T-10, took one out, fully equipped, to the Explorer's Anchorage CG, makes a great sightseeing ship when it isn't full of mining kit & limpets.

Oh definitely IMO,
And while it can be used as an AX ship, the Conda will still generally outperform the T10 in AX, a field where T10 was supposed to shine.
I wonder what kinds of bribes were involved in the Alliance contracting the T10
The only thing that will make the T-10 sort of passable (again IMO) would be an extra size 7 optional internal.
It would improve its hauling abilities and/or its combat abilities.
And maybe a size 8 PD, but this is pushing it already...
But, it is what it is... and did i say i have 4-5 of them as module storage? well, i meant per account ... so 12+ in total.
So no one can say that i dont appreciate the T10
