I think everybody is waiting for some more South American animal species, in saying that here are a few ideas I've come up with.
South American Animals:
Black Caiman or Spectacled Caiman
Capybara
Giant Anteater
Giant Armadillo
Giant River Otter
Guanaco
Howler Monkey
Jaguar
Jaguarundi
Macaroni Penguin or Humbolt Penguin
