Species that are just a Must

Tell me which species are just a must for you.

I’ve read the threads carefully and species that are highly mentioned are:

Otter

Moose

African rhinos

Leopard

Penguin

What are your thoughts about that?

I would say we still need:
Penguins
Kangaroos
Meerkats
Sea lions
Sloths and koalas if possible.
Capybaras
Wolverines
Fennec foxes
Otters
Some kind of badger (for me it would be honey badger)

There are many others I would love to see, but these I personally think would be very unique to what we already have. For example many people would like to see leopard, but it is not a must for me because we have a very similar looking animal - jaguar (and quite a few of bigger cats),same with bears etc. so I would always put those above as higher priority.

Thanks for your wishlists!

You're welcome to start new threads, but please don't make the thread titles in full capitals, as that isn't really needed. I have edited the title so that it is lower case now. :)

King penguin (African/Cape Penguin would also work for me)
Red Kangaroo
African Rhino (Black or White)
Meerkats
Grey-Crowned crane but also would be happy with the secretary bird/pelican/Griffon vulture
Otters
NA beaver
Sea lion
Crested Porcupine
Hamadryas baboon
How was I able to forget to add Baboons to my List? We really need them

Gibbons!!!

Humboldt penguin
Asian Leopard Cat
Tanuki
Saiga antelope
Przewalski horse
Patagonian mara
Kirks dik-dik

There is only one type that is obligatory for me, the Orca.

Excluding fishes, Marine mammals and flying birds as I don't know if we're getting them, the list goes:

-Moose

Funfact: that's one of the Animals that can't be kept in Captivity in real life. But I'm not completely against it even though I prefer Animals that can be really kept in Captivity

Oh really ? Didn't know that. Do you know why ?
I mean any other species would do, Sifakka perhaps, or bamboo one. I just chose my favorite one

It's right at the Beginning. It isn't even really known why but a Theory is that it is too difficult to satisfy their special Feeding Habits in Captivity.
Also thanks that you mentioned the Indri because it reminded me to add the Aye-aye to my List🙂

Interesting stuff, I'll definitely give it a watch. I thought Parco Natural Viva in Verona kept them, but now I'm not so sure
As mentioned in the Video some Zoos tried to keep them so maybe they where one of that Zoos or you saw a relatively similar looking Species
