It saves time jumping back and foward to get aditional bounties for multiple systems. Only bgs players will understand the efficiency.
Yeah, FDev have been pretty consistent in doing very little, if anything, to support BGS manipulation gameplay outside of happy accidents, which is fair enough when it's not something that they originally intended as gameplay.
Removal of the application process to allow players to add named factions in the game should be one indication of where their priorities lie in regards to this.
It's kind of like in Skyrim or similar open world games when people RP as guards. You can do it, but it's not perfect by design as that's not what the devs were originally basing the game around.
Although maybe you'll get lucky and it'll be of benefit in the new version of powerplay, which might make them consider it.
