Spring 2024 DLC Speculation

There is an easy explanation why there is no Content Folder 16 visible anymore. It was never planned to be there and they Just removed it with the latest Update. We know that there will be at least another DLC this Winter as it was pointed out within the Financial Report that more DLC are coming in FY2024. Which means to me at least one. So I really See really no reasons to worry about the December DLC.
As we are Here within the Spring DLC discussion. There is no confirmation about it but I am pretty optimistic about it. At the Moment I am optimistic that PZ could reach its 5th Birthday. but everything should be taken with caution after December DLC of course.

We’ve seen a video of them talking about DLC for PZ and they act like there’s more than one. Plus we know DLC go through FY2024 which is until May of next year. If I see a summer 2024 thread though that’s a bit much.
I think the current system of the next two packs having a speculation thread works though the spring speculation thread really should have opened up after we got a winter pack livestream or confirmation.

Why they removed it? Your guess is as good as mine. My guess is to stop the rampant speculation discussions that there's only (whatever number) left to the end of the game. We know the devs read these threads so every argument is open for everyone to see.

Or why they keep making dlc? As already stated it is money. Its always about money. The latest financial report basically said dlc sales exceed the cost required to make them which means an easy and reliable way of making profit.
my guess as to why it was removed was not to stop doom talk but to essentially not promise anything so frontier can bail out if necessary which I also think is why we have the current system of a special livestream around 2 weeks before pack release be the only forewarning a pack is coming besides the vague statements in financial reports.

Let's talk exhibit species for a Latin American pack, which is what I think is what we're all thinking.

I'm thinking we'll get a Central America Pack, so my bet is 100% on the Hoffman's two-toed sloth. This has been cemented in my mind since Frontier gave us a second bat. I think in general, if we get any pack focus on Latin America, the two-toed sloth will be part of it

is the most likely animal. Could be another bat as well. Vampire bat maybe?

I know it won't happen but i'm still hoping they surprise us an give us birds: hummingbirds, toucans or macaws.

If it will be a regular exhibit then i hope for the plumed basilisk or the green anaconda ( depending if it is focused on central américa in particular or in latín américa as a whole). A mata mata turtle would be pretty cool as well.

If we get a third bat im gonna break.

For the normal exhibit i think emerald tree boa is one of the better choices. And while super unlikely, a piranha aquarium would be so cool aswell

As my earlier post in the thread suggests, I think this is a pretty safe bet. Though I'd love a coral or kingsnake, or the Mexican alligator lizard.

Yes if we get a Latin or Central American pack it’s a perfect spot for another Sloth since it doesn’t look like exhibit birds are happening.
