Mammals are hard. It's a contradiction in my own mind, because it comes down to a difference in what I personally desire and what I think the game actually needs. Nevertheless...

Africa: Hamadryas baboon, great white pelican*, Jackson's chameleon.
*Helmeted guineafowl is a close second but I'm still dubious about its feasibility due to the sheer tininess of the chicks.
Asia: Lion-tailed macaque*, Himalayan monal, Japanese fire-bellied newt.
*It came down to the macaque, blackbuck, or Sumatran tiger. The tiger is the one I really want, but the game needs monkeys more.
South America: Bolivian squirrel monkey, Darwin's rhea, emerald tree boa.
Central America: Geoffroy's spider monkey, American flamingo, Lake Titicaca frog.
Europe: Eurasian wildcat, white stork, scheltopusik.
Antarctica: Leopard seal*, gentoo penguin, no exhibit**.
*Rule of cool. **I'd pick the moon jelly if there was a special new exhibit to keep them in.
North America: North American porcupine*, roseate spoonbill, hellbender (the salamander).
*I genuinely do not care about North America, but I saw these guys at Edinburgh Zoo so I'd accept them as our last ever NA species.
Oceania: Tree kangaroo*, Cape Barren goose, tuatara.
*Again, don't really care one way or the other, but it's probably more important to the roster than the Australasian fur seal or the extinct thylacine, which are my other choices.

Yeah, it was 2am, so not the clearest thinking by me. Echidna and a Hare would also be pretty safe to replace some moles in a serious suggestion for the theme.

Hey its me, no fun könig but cant we do the games and wishlist spam somewhere else?
Its deliberatly off topic, clutters the thread for pages at a timeand could easily be done in its own thread somewhere else
Technically its on topic since we're listing species we would like to see that could be in the next pack, and there isn't really a lot of things to talk about.

But if theres nothing to talk about why spam the thread?
Im sure im not the only one who wakes up, sees 8 new pages thinking there was some news or atleast a fun topic discussed only to scroll through them with 7 of them being wishlists that could have easily been their own thread.
Sucks away the excitement for actually reading this thread hard

I think we're at a point where we're more bored than anything, so we just look to pass the time talking about whatever. At least these wishlist/games are somewhat related to what we'd hope to see next update; at least we're not talking about stuff that's completely random, like how to make the best Texas sheet cake this side of the Mississippi

Actually wait, I do have a topic:

How would y'all feel of the devs added new animal behaviors, like stalking, in the game?
For example, I recall Zoo Tycoon 2 had it where predators will occasionally stalk other animals, whether they were gonna hunt or not.
In PlanZo, the predators immediately go hunt, but in Zoo Tycoon 2 they did not; it was random and they only did it if uncomfortable or not fed enough...

With this, animal safari parks/nature preserves could be more possible than now

Id much prefer the old behaviours spread a bit more first like bathing and chorus, aswell as the last divers in the tapirs and a hippo overhaul regarding their movement in water

Hot take but the animal behaviour in Planet Zoo is kind of lacking. I feel like it was more interesting/complex in Zoos Tycoon.

In Planet Zoo animals have great animations mostly triggered by enrichment objects but do little more than wander around, run like crazy for no reason, climbing to random things if they can and sleep.

There is little interactions between the animals and their environment and i would love more of that.
