Im hesitant to include the wolverine in this list since they could very well pick the eurasian subspecies instead of just general wolverine also while the swan is found in north america now it is not native it would be like saying the red fox is oceanic representation. Someone brought up the sloth having range in north america but im not too sure about that and the game doesnt classify it as such. Also depending on how they classify europe the saiga could very well be considered european as well.I don’t know why there’s so much confusion on the species that came from which continents. The actual list is:
North America: 3 (Peccary, Wolverine, Swan)
South America: 2 (Peccary, Sloth)
Europe: 6 (Porcupine, Swan, Wolverine, Wisent, Boar, Tortoise)
Asia: 12 (Gibbon, Monitor, Dromedary, Sand Cat, Horned Viper, Flying Fox, Wolverine, Saiga, Swan, Boar, Sloth Bear, Takin)
Africa: 10 (Fossa, RRH, Dromedary, Porcupine, Addax, Dama, Rhino, Horned Viper, Donkey, Sand Cat)
Oceania: 5 (Devil, Penguin, Flying Fox, Quokka, Kiwi)
If your going to be utterly confused as to why there is a debate about continent distribution I would like you to know that you dont even get it right according to frontier the flying fox doesnt exist in asia which is mostly correct since they stay on the australia side of the wallace line.
Didnt know the sloth had a population in north america the game says its only south american though.Swan isn't native to NA but is an introduction and the sloth does also range into NA as well.
