Spring dlc Speculation 2023

Null paths is amazing, especially if they can be elevated (I suspect they won’t be though) …. Will make one of my builds 1000 x better. Super great!

The toggle for climbsble objects is also great. I’ve mostly got the hang of accounting for them but this’ll open up LOTS of possibilitie.

The new social stuff is cool (although perhaps Frontier need to check what matrilineal means (if I read it right). Won’t have sheets idea of how much it’ll have an effect until I see it in action though… they being said, new interactions / social mechanics are always great to have.

Multi-axis movement should be cool - I’ll have to play around with it (and stalk some streamers) to see how useful it actually is.

As usual, though, no hint at all as to what the DLC will bring…. More clues when I wake up!

Analyzing the post, not detecting any hints with the updates as to what the theme could be.
Animals that live in family units?
Family friendly stuff?

Nice Update but I do Not think that we can say anything from it about the DLC theme. So it will stay exciting. At least until today evening but likely even until DLC announcement.

No, the great white shark is the new swim-throught exhibit! 🤫
Ok, who else placed guests inside exhibits in ZT2?
As a kid I'd name a guest after somebody I didn't like (Justin Bieber was a common choice) and put them in dangerous enclosures

Oh, by the way y'all, don't forget to place your guesses for the DLC. The announcement is around the corner (maybe even tomorrow)

The climbable thing makes me think of either arboreal or birds. The socialization thing is really cool. I wonder if that is in preparation for some highly social new animals.

Edit: all of it screams primates too. They live in groups, they climb trees and are prone to scape from their hábitats.

Sociable, something involving climbing...

Really, only birds and monkeys currently....

Maybe both?
