Horizons SRV Bug or WAI ?

Hi been driving like a nutter on a planet my srv was damaged Hull down to <25%. I returned to the ship took off / landed again at another POI a few km away from where i was

When i jump into my SRV the hull is back to 100%

So is this WAI or Should i of kept quiet about this bug ?

Working as intended... For some crazy reason you can repair the SRV by simply boarding the ship but you can't refuel it unless you go to a star port or use synthesis.

The nonsensical nature of this was brought up literally during Day 1 of Horizons Beta - as it didn't make a single grain of sense. None. Whatsoever.

But instead of switching it (SRV Refuels on Ship using Ship fuel - Repairs only via Synthesis or AFMU when docked) - they refused. Design Decision. I'm not joking
