Keep it simple, yet grandiose.

The main road coming from ferry pier should be "Highway".
All those driveways to peoples property could be "Road", "Way", "Path", "Street", "Avenue", "Plaza", "Driveway", "Another Road", "Boulevard" etc.

No make it odd, call some roads "right road", "left road", "big bend" on a straightish road etc. Just to be able to give instructions like, turn left onto right road the second left onto left road then take big bend and left again.

"the initial investment in 2018" ....were these three investments public news in 2018? I thought Calder money was revealed/heralded in 2019?

"Chris Roberts continues to maintain full control" ....I looked up 'control', and I'm not sure that this is its normal usage...
