Wish things were explained in plain English.
Couldn't agree more.

Edit: there was an ITG connected to Infatrade led by Alon Klein. So ITG probably stands for InfaTrade Group

Editedit: from the Defined Terms:
Infatrade means Infatrade Group Corporation, a British Virgin Islands registered company.
ITG means ITG US Inc., a Delaware corporation.

I have a question about that. In one of the documents (23 Nov 2022), Nitsche signs for the elusive Erloch Ltd. while a Martin Lancaster represents Indus Management. Who's that then?

Oo nice spots.

In lieu of anyone piercing the Caymans veil the FUDster assumption has always been that Erloch was another Calders entity IIRC. (With the Calders & Klein the only known players, and Klein in some form of minor brockering role for the deal seemingly, that felt the likeliest scenario.)

The way the Q1 2025 put option bundles Indus & Erloch makes that feel like the right guess.

So in that sense not super surprised to see Nitsche signing off for either of them. (Or that Indus was helmed by some fly-by-night guy. Its just a shell for the Calders after all.).

Does seem odd that this Harawi guy is bundled in with the directors though, but not referenced anywhere else. (Given his 'portfolio advice' trappings I wonder if he was just fulfilling some brokerage/shell role, and is now well out of it? Possibly as director for one of the many entities listed in 27.7.4?)

Had forgotten about this bit...

Interesting, shareholders have no rights to see the company financials

Just checked the most recent Articles [Sept 2022] and that bit's still in there.

I'm assuming this is just some generic position meant for minority shareholders though, and the Calders have a direct contract granting greater rights etc.

Edit: there was an ITG connected to Infatrade led by Alon Klein. So ITG probably stands for InfaTrade Groupthingwhatever.

In my Soon to be Upcoming series Clown Imperium, Hami is going to be the guy the faceless Investor yells at:
You told me this company had huge potential! "Trustmebro, I own an Idris!"
He'll also run The Impresario website.

They can't fix the issue but they're thrilled they may have code that detects when it happens and resets the elevators:

Did they reuse the code that detects NPCs standing on chairs?

The team also enabled failure detection code in the movement system component to identify and fix situations where NPCs were standing on usables or out of the nav mesh.

I should have scrolled further down in the search results.
this Harawi guy is
the husband of Robyn Calder Harawi, Keith Calder's sister.
It's all in the family.

Martin Lancaster has been around for a while, too

Another reason to suspect the Calders' hand in their appointment maybe...
