I get that, it's not going to bother everyone. I'm in and out of station menus a lot and I don't think an out of game store icon fits there.
Within outfitting/livery/holo-me etc is fine.
I've not seen the 'hand-holding messages' yet, unfortunately I know will notice them, even after a while.
Oh thats actually pretty easy. There isn't one. You either alter the colors of everything in the HUD or accept your fate.
I'm going on strike. No more livery purchases from me until they at least change the colour from blue to orange. Reminds me of when I had to tape over a dazzling blue LED on an amp when I wanted to listen to music in a darkened room.
Thinking about it a bit more I'm actually ok with it being where it is - it's no more inappropriate than the Holo-Me button - but the fact that's it's blue is off-putting. Set it back to orange, please (once you've fixed the other, slightly more important issues

You've already filtered the messages out, maybe? The Press X to abort etc.... (using X as whatever binding you have for a function)
I have to deliberately take notice of the hand-holds to see if anything changed, otherwise I do 'filter' them out...
I've not flown out a station yet, just checking some things before I head away for the weekend. Given the bugs kinda glad I can't play properly till next week.

Agreed, hide it, thanks to often having the mouse(cursor) move on its own and causing accidental selection, this is no screen to have a store option on and it makes the emersion fade badly.
Ugly as sin, sticks out like a sore thumb. Belongs in Livery. Fully expect it to be moved to a prominent permanent place in your ship's HUD instead, though.

I don't want to give them ideas, but am considering starting a pool on how many Arx it's going to cost to remove the button from our UIs. After all, that's a "cosmetic" change.
