"At the Edge of Understanding" - Location: 'Ishum's Reach' (Oevasy SG-Y d0)
The tail of this explorer's ship facing toward home at a mere 65,647.34 LY away. This is the farthest known location from Sol, and can be reached in under a week riding the neutron highway, provided you have a well engineered ship, some fellow CMDR's in your comms and enough good music to fuel the journey.

"At the Edge of Understanding" - Location: 'Ishum's Reach' (Oevasy SG-Y d0)

Today @CMDR MRMAURICE, who I hope will post his screenshots soon, discovered one of the thargoid spire planets was dark blue.
So I rushed to check it out. The attachments show what the planet looked like on approach and later, after the rare phenomenon which we believe had been caused by a partial ecplise by the blue gas giant had already vanished.
This is what HIP 19870 3B looked like around noon though:
We actually sat there for about an hour just watching the site and the colors until the eerie light changed.
Honestly one of the best in game moments ever for me.
