If jump distance is the issue have you tried synthesizing FSD injections? Basically you can use materials to create boosted FSD fuel that will extend your range for a single jump by quite a bit, kind of like a neutron star boost.

Tried system repair and reboot yet... Right hand panel, ship section.

And turn game off and on again... this will raise cargo hatch if it gets stuck in down and damaged position

How did you get there? If you jumped there normally, your FSD is operational and you have enough fuel, you should also be able to jump back. Also note that a large full fuel tank actually reduces your jump range. (So you might have jumped in on a low fuel tank, then scooped on the star and now are too heavy to jump out. ) If one of the stars near you is just a little outside of your FSDs current range, try to loose some fuel (by flying around and waiting till it goes down) and then jump out.

Or did you use a neutron star to get there? In that case synthesizing fuel might help, but it can also be that your only way out is that somebody brings a fleet carrier there and picks you up. (For which again the Fuel Rats might be your best call. )

A carrier will be able to reach the system you are in even if there is no other way for your ship to escape it.

Did you Neutron boost into the system you are in? What's the distance to the nearest start you can find on the galaxy map?

Uh, oh... if you "fell off" a Fleet Carrier, you might indeed be in a position where you can't leave from at your own power.

You still can check on your ship, what the distance to the next star is and compare it what your ship lists as maximum jump range. Not the currently given one, but the maximum when unloaded. You can also check synthesis, if you have materials for that, and see if it helps you. But if you got there by a fleet carrier, it can easily be that a fleet carrier also is your only way out again. :(
[Edit: next to self destruct, of course. But i'd rather first use all other options... ]

Omg, that's very unfortunate! Good luck in finding help, a FC rescue is the only option now unfortunately.
