Horizons Stuck on new horizon quest

Location: Drake Arsenal +++
Planet: LTT 15899 C 3 C

For the love of god, i cannot figure out how to finish this quest. I know exactly what i have to do (i have to scan a console which is on top of this building with my rover) but for the life of me, i cannot figure out how to actually get ON TOP of that building, i can clearly see its there, even when i get close it pops up as the comms relay (which is what i need) but i cant figure out how to get on top. I have destroyed the generators, the turrets, everything and nothing. There are no ramps or red security doors either. I have done a few of the outpost quests fine, but this one is just :):):):)ed atm. Anyone else encounter something like this? am i missing something or is it bugged?

If I recal, the problem is that you have to use the data scanner on that terminal, but it's inside of a building and there's no way to get to it. And I remember there also being at least one turret that was clipped into that building as well which I couldn't destroy.

Thanks for your guys responses. I figured it out a few days ago after posting. What i had to do was indeed land on the roof and deploy my rover. When i tried to land some of the anti-air turrets would try to shoot me down but i found that you can disable them by destroying each of the power generators around the area.
