Accidentally deleted my year-old cmdr just before dinner last Xmas day. For a short time it really puts all the good things you have in RL back into perspective.

I went to fetch some CMM composites for Operation IDA and forgot to fit a fuel scoop. Noticed beyond the point of no return.
Did have to call a squad mate (thx ninj) to help me get back home.

Oh, and several severly misplaced applications of the boost button.

Think my latest snack of humble pie, was taking a delivery mission, filling the bucket, somehow forgetting to press Complete and then sitting at the delivery station wondering why I didn't have any of the delivery goods aboard my ship. Twice.
