Now that we have an in-game (sorta) cosmetic currency that we can build up, having a monthly subscription that gave you ARX credits and a subscriber-only decal seems like a good idea to me.

As long as it stays livery-only, I don't care either way, though I personally prefer to buy what I want when I want.

This is something that FD have always said would never be implemented. It's far better to pay for cosmetics if/when you can afford it.
