I posted it as a comment, but felt that I should post as a new one, wishing Frontier guys have a look.
I love ED, especially after they released Horizon, where we can land on planets and get out of the ship and go exploring.
I basically play more in the explorer style and, therefore, I would really like to see updates and advances in terms of clouds, rain or storms, winds, fog (and the difficulties of piloting/driving/walking in these conditions), sand, mud, water or other liquids, volcanoes, etc., in short, everything we have on our planet and, with the greatness of Frontier, reproduce this on the millions of existing planets or moons. ED perfectly reproduces the solitude of the universe, where life is scarce, however, we already have flora, what about fauna? Maybe even the ruins of other civilizations? Or even, who knows, finding a civilization?
I understand that my ideas may lead to the simple comment "then go play No Man's Sky". I agree that the idea is similar, however, I am talking here about the QUALITY that Frontier can and does offer, without having exaggerated flora and fauna, on any planet or moon. We already have this, there is no flora in several systems, that is, Frontier knows what they are doing and that is why I trust in the quality of the final product that they could offer, if they decided to develop advances based on these ideas above and from other players/customers.
For those who prefer the other game styles that ED offers, why not offer your ideas as well, and I hope that the folks at Frontier read them and perhaps adopt some of our ideas.
Anyway, congratulations Frontier for the excellent work, for all these years and thank you for offering a game that I have always wanted to play.
