Suggestion: Make some (if not all) bulletins available in the cockpit?

I like that the space in this game is vast. I like the sim feel of it. That being said, if it were really me in that cockpit I'd at least bring a newspaper.

In that vein, it would cool if you could read the bulletins in the cockpit whilst on those looooong trips. To be reasonable, you'd only be able read the bulletins you've already had access to at your last station visit. You've docked and downloaded it to read later, if you will. Even if it had a CR cost I'd be fine with that.

Anyone else thing that'd be a good idea?

I thought they are only adding the possibility to read the Galnet articles in your cockpit?
It was not mentioned in the 1.3 Powerplay revealed newsletter.

Either way, I would love to pick up missions without having to be dock

This won't happen. Docking will still be necessary to pick up missions, trade etc
