I actually would love all passengers to be more interactive, but decided to limit this suggestion to the time-sensitive ones.
Tonight I took on a time sensitive passenger. Then had to be away from my computer for almost 10 minutes, with my ship left on the landing pad. It was then that I again realised how cool it would be if the passenger reacted to delays of this sort, or any other, by making snide remarks or demanding we get a move along.....stuff like that. If they have to comment too often, then their satisfaction will decline.
The opposite side of the coin is that, if you're making very good time, with few delays, then the passenger will congratulate you-& their satisfaction would increase as well.
