Would you explain more spec of reward weapon? It's not clear whether double-engineered or double-experiments.

From the explanation, it sounds like they’re making the multicannon Short Range (+75% damage, loss of range to about 1.8 km, a bit of extra heat per shot) and Rapid Fire (0.5% jitter, fires and reloads faster but 5% less damage per shot) and are adding the Phasing Sequence experimental (10% less damage overall but does 10% of its damage as absolute damage to the hull when striking shields).

Although you can sign up anywhere, the combat bonds need to be handed in at the relevant CG station.

Should Delta Pavonis Galactic Interstellar prevail over EG Union, the top 75% will have two, Fixed-mount, Class 2 Rapid Fire Multicannons with increased damage and phasing sequence but increased spread and reduced range placed in storage at the Freedom’s Foundation by the 9th of October 3307.

Module transfer as standard. If EDO menu is to complex just open EDH for the transfer. at any station with outfitting...
Other side getting high tier 5 did mean you lost completely ... So if there is no MCs do not act suprise...
Hence No pics of MC have been posted... and feds lost control of the megaship... but destoryed the first shipment of prizes but second ship got passed...
