Are these missions currently broken, or do they work, although obviously not quite right?

Working fine, I do heaps of these every day. Just someone forgot to close a line of code or something

What CAN be bugged, is if the initial scan leads to a wrinkle that sends you to another location for another scan. When you scan the datapoint it doesn't register and you can't finish the mission. Has happend to me twice (I've bug reported it)

That's true. I never do them at "home" Actually, the mission says... Got confused by something else

Saw two of these missions today. Guess what? Still bugged. The description just has that line of code. Would be nice if Frontier got around to fixing this annoyance. I really don't want to take a mission without knowing what it is all about. How about a hotfix, Frontier?
