System under lockdown, how to change that?

Greetings cmdrs,

so I wanted to get some kamitra cigars for that engineer.
This lead to me discovering that kamitra is under lockdown with the commodity marked being closed.
I believe I could go to a cz and try to lift it but is it even possible for me to achive that on my own?

For some reason my conda turrets don't aim anymore. Could only go to a low cz.

Check the turret settings in the righthand menu (the one you chose sides in a CZ)

I found out it's a confirmed bug since 3.0 release
