What kind of sense does that make? Frontier has confirmed multiple times all the dinosaurs in the game, excluding the Indoraptor, are girls. Even the tour voice overs refer to them with female pronouns. Presumably to make the game fit for what both parks in the films wanted to achieve.
Maybe if there's a gender change mechanic for any species, if there's a way to do that in the future by sensible means.

The mechanics of breeding with male and female dinosaurs is possible yes, but with the current mechanics of the game this does not seem to be possible, I think this could only be implemented in a possible second game, maybe... JWE2Male skins on female dinosaurs?
