Terrible Frame Drops

Hey, I have a i7 7700k overclocked to 5ghz liquid cooled a 1080ti and 16gb of ram game set to ultra settings automatically, but im experiencing some crazy frame drops when the weather changes. I can go from 130 frames or so to around 50 its a crazy drop for cloudy or rainy weather, not sure about snow as i havent had any yet. During the beta there was virtually no drop in frames for me when the weather changed, Is this just my computer? and does anyone know how to fix it?

You are not the only one. Got the same specs as you and get random frame drops as well. Mostly during weather events but even during sunny days. At one point I was hitting 15fps on scenario 4 in career. Did not matter if on ultra or the lowest settings.

ya its so strange, sometimes it drops a bunch of frames during the hours of 6 am to 11am lol have no idea why. The game is only using 50% of the cpu and gpu so i have no idea whats going on
