By using a external software for recording, You can find somes free ones on google. ^^

If you have a newish nvidia card the gforce software is built in with recorder by hitting alt z in game

I'm struggling just creating a ride that doesn't make people cringe in fear, throw up their Chief Beefs, or .. you know .. both.

^ Perhaps you could start looking at images of real world coasters and take in their proportions/banking/etc. I find that if you build a realistic coaster, you get good results!

I was thinking of doing just that actually, perhaps I could start with something like Nemesis at Alton Towers ( England ).
