Thargoid Attacks: Where, When and What you can do about it

Traffic reports show we should support Lwalama more:

EDMC data says the opposite:

Traffic has more predictive power - but you also have the choice between protecting an Imperial or a Federation system this week.

Predictions are that we will lose Lwalama. But it is early in the week, so things may improve ;)

Predictions now should we will save both starports. Assuming we can maintain current support levels.

Just wanted to say thanks. It's a great help getting these updates and information. It is much appreciated.

Predictions now should we will save both starports, but Lwalama is close to falling - seems some Imperials don't believe in the Thargoid threat (and Fed ships tend to be preferred for Thargoid hunts, so imps who won't flt fed ships are at a disadvantage).

Given that "winning" actually prevents anything interesting from happening, how about you lot take a week or two off and "lose" a few?

Pls stahp. Thank you.

Well I could have killed a couple of hundred scouts last night but seeing as the war effort is entirely unfunded and has already cost me over 100mcr I had to go and do some corporate missions to get enough money so I can return to scientific work.

But first I'm taking a week off down the gravity well on Terra so the Empire and The Federation will just have to muddle through without me.

I will be watching the news with great interest. Please keep them out of Sol next week.

Right?!

With all the trade shenanigans happening this weekend, what we could really do with is a hi tech boom and an outbreak right next the thargsday systems for topping up the CRs :D

Aegis Megaships on their way to Ancanec & Seliacha - looks like we saved both again (which is kinda good as Lw is the lowest traffic levels we've seen success with). Now we just need to find the new targets tomorrow :)

Wonder if we can start pushing them back out the way they came ?

We are pushing them back: if we lose they move forward around 40 Ly, if we win they move back around 10 Ly - they were targeting systems within 40 Ly of Sol, now they're over 100 away. We're probably near the end-game of 3.0 now, should have an idea of 3.1 release date tomorrow ;)
